Track Overview

For public safety agencies, maintaining their mission-critical IT infrastructure is becoming increasingly challenging and complicated. During this track, we explored how to share data between computer-aided dispatch (CAD), records-management system(RMS), corrections-management system (CMS), and jail-management systems (JMS) for a more integrated emergency response ecosystem. Attendees heard from several forward-thinking agencies on steps they're taking to prevent cyberattacks, as well as best practices on how to build a common-sense cybersecurity program. New and innovative approaches to maintaining your IT infrastructure also were explored.
