How to Engage with MCP Using this Contract
- Client creates an SOW.
- Client releases SOW to one or more approved DIR vendors.
- Client awards contract to DBITS vendor(s) of its choice.
- Client issues a purchase order. Purchase order must include DIR contract number DIR-CPO-5970.

Warranty and Return Policies
Customers may provide written notice to Mission Critical Partners (MCP) of errors, inaccuracies, or other deficiencies in products or services provided by MCP under a Purchase Agreement within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of an Invoice for the products or services. MCP shall correct the error, inaccuracy, or other deficiency at no additional cost to Customer. In addition to the minimum warranty provided above, MCP shall adhere to Successful Respondent’s then-currently published policies concerning warranties and returns. Warranty and return policies offered to Customers shall not be more restrictive or more costly than warranty and return policies for other similarly situated customers for similar products and services.
