Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming how public sector organizations operate, offering unprecedented opportunities to enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and enhance citizen services. However, navigating AI adoption within government agencies requires strategic leadership, careful consideration of ethical implications, and a clear understanding of policy implications.

Foundational Knowledge and Practical Insights

This masterclass is designed to equip public sector leaders with the foundational knowledge and practical insights needed to harness AI effectively. Through expert-led discussions and interactive workshops, attendees will explore how AI is shaping public service delivery, public safety and justice, and operational efficiency. Key topics include the fundamentals of AI, its applications in government, ethical and regulatory frameworks, and strategies for overcoming implementation challenges.

Participants will engage in hands-on activities, including a strategy workshop where they will build a high-level roadmap for their respective organizations. The session will also feature a fireside chat with AI practitioners and public sector leaders who have successfully integrated AI solutions into their organizations. By the end of the masterclass, attendees will have gained actionable insights, a deeper understanding of AI governance, and a roadmap for responsible AI adoption within their agencies.
